Crain's Now!, the online home of Crain's Cleveland Business, has added a section that focuses on the region's technology community. The Tech News section of www.- crainscleveland.com is a precursor to a new web site Crain's Cleveland Business and Crain Communications Inc. plan to launch later this year. That site, called CrainTech.com, will feature news and information to meet the needs of high-tech entrepreneurs and others interested in the high-tech sector. In anticipation of that site, the Tech News section launched last week offers several features and resources for the tech community:
Tech Bits highlights breaking news and short stories about area tech companies and organizations.
Tech Bytes is where you can find recent tech-related stories that have appeared in Crain's Cleveland Business.
Tech Events is a calendar of networking events, seminars and meetings targeting the high-tech sector.
Tech Commentary features opinion pieces from Crain's editors and from our readers on the important issues facing the region's tech community.
Tech People keeps you updated on who's being hired where among area technology companies. Tech News is overseen by Chris Thompson, editor and general manager of Crain's Cleveland's Internet division.
