Samsung will make content and services from the telco Orange (France Telecom) available on its 2011 line of smart TVs. They'll first be on Samsung gear in France in a few weeks, then on Blu-ray players and home cinema. Roll-out in other countries where Orange operates is due from the second half of 2011. Any broadband subscriber can access the service even non-Orange customers but Orange broadband customers will get additional services in the coming months. Services include Orange sport info, 2424actu, Liveradio, an enhanced program guide, and free content from Orange cinema series channels. Samsung's Smart-Hub portal also provides access to the Internet and applications on "Samsung Apps."
